The governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress in Oyo State, Olufemi Lanlehin, has withdrawn from the coalition that helped Seyi Makinde of the Peoples Democratic Party to victory at the election in March. Lanlehin announced his withdrawal in a statement to journalists today in Ibadan, the state capital. It was gathered that the politicians had reached an agreement on how the various positions and appointments will be shared in the event of Makinde’s election. Atiku said this while reacting to the ongoing investigation of Saraki by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
